As a KG Hypnobirthing coach, I always get asked about hypnobirthing. What is it? Will I be hypnotised? Will I be put under a spell? Everyone always has lots of questions about Hypnobirthing.
FACT: You are not hypnotised during hypnobirthing!
Hypnobirthing is actually a really great tool that pregnant mums can practice throughout their pregnancy to help them prepare for giving birth. Here are just a few of the proven benefits of using hypnobirthing techniques during pregnancy and labour:

What is hypnobirthing?
Hypnobirthing is a tool that parents can use to reduce anxiety, build confidence and prepare for the birth of their child. Contrary to popular belief it is not being hypnotised. It is particularly useful for first-time parents or those that have had bad birthing experiences previously.
Hypnobirthing in Cheshire
I am based in Warrington, Cheshire, but I coach parents-to-be throughout the North West of England. I can hold private 1-to-1 sessions or with couples in my home or yours, or you can take part in one of my group weekend workshops that help you build relationships with other mums looking to use it as a tool.
To help mums and dads prepare, I have created a hypnobirthing and birth rehearsal workshop which helps develop confidence and reduce anxiety for parents, particularly if this is your first child or you have been deemed to have a high risk pregnancy. My workshops take place over a weekend and cover topics such as effective communication with healthcare staff, breathing techniques and prenatal options.
